The idea is to maximize natural light and increase the human connection with nature and increase well-being without leaving the city. For that we create an amalgam of volumes (homes and flats). The volumes are separated from each other in order to benefit from the sunlight and create internal streets where interaction between neighbours can happen. Some of the volumes are the terraces or ‘gardens’ to some of the homes and are connected through platforms to encourage users to move and give the feeling of spaciousness. Everything is interconnected but ‘flexible privacy’ is a must. The complex is filled with vegetation, creating a ‘wild urban’ context.

In order to create the housing complexes, we propose to use a fast and sustainable simple system of SIP and metal structure. This way, we have the ability to create different densities using the same system.
