Our process is unique. We design from a human-centred approach. That means we want to know our clients lifestyle so we can make the most of the design to deliver a healthy home adapted to your needs so we can help you improve your well-being. Our process starts with a health, well-being and daily routines assesment (included in Consultation Level 3 and Projects routes Option A & B).

  • CONSULATION LEVEL 1

    BRIEF


    - Session 1: 20 minutes (Video call) in which we will talk about your aspirations.


    - Session 2: 40 minutes (Video call) in which we will explain the process, we will advice on approvals and other professional services you might need and we will present our fees.


    After these 2 video calls you will have a clear understanding of the work stages.

  • CONSULATION LEVEL 2

    DETAILED


    - Desk study: property details, review of local planning context


    - Session 1: 30 minutes (Video call)


    - Session 2: 1 hour (Video call)


    - Preliminar timescale


    - Budget orientation


    - Advice on statutory approvals and other professional services you might need


    - Identification of possible constrains


    - Report: conclusion and strategy


  • CONSULATION LEVEL 3

    FEASIBILITY STUDY


    - Health & Well-being assesment and conclusions


    - Desk study: property details, review of local planning context


    - Session 1: 30 minutes (Video call)


    - Session 2: 45 minutes (Site visit or Video call)


    - Session 3: 1 hour (Video call)


    - Preliminar timescale


    - Budget orientation


    - Advice on statutory approvals and other professional services you might need


    - Identification of possible constrains


    - Existing plan (sketch level)


    - Discussion of up to 2 initial design options: 

    - CAD plan and 3d view (sketch level)

    - Mood board 


    - Report: conclusion and strategy
